Corrections and calculator problems
If a calculator gives an answer you think is wrong, send the page address, the numbers you entered and the answer you expected. If a guide states a fee, rule or figure that has changed, a link to the source you are relying on lets us check and correct it quickly.
Privacy and account requests
To have your account and the data tied to it deleted, or to ask what we hold about you, email us from the address you signed in with. Records you typed into the browser app are stored on your own device, so we cannot see or recover them; clearing your browser's site data removes them.
Business enquiries
For advertising, partnership or press questions, use the same address. We do not sell links, sponsored posts or paid placements in our guides, so please do not pitch them. Journalists can find background on the press page.
What we cannot help with
We cannot give personal tax, legal or accounting advice, review your books, or recommend a specific processor contract for your business. For US tax questions the IRS small business pages are the right starting point, and for your own situation an accountant or enrolled agent.
