What the site provides
Free calculators, guides, buying guides and a browser app for small-business records. Calculator results and guide figures are general estimates and information, not tax, legal, accounting or financial advice. Check anything important against the official source or with a qualified professional before relying on it.
Your records
Records you enter in the browser app are stored on your device and are your responsibility. We do not back them up. Download a backup regularly from the More screen. We are not liable for records lost when browser data is cleared, a device is replaced or storage fails.
Purchases
Spreadsheet templates are sold through Stripe at the price shown on the checkout page, and are delivered as downloads. Any paid plan offered on the site is billed monthly through Stripe and can be cancelled from the customer portal at any time; cancellation stops future charges. If a download does not work, email us and we will fix it or refund you.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, access other people's accounts, or copy the guides wholesale for republication. You may quote short passages with a link back.
Third-party links
Links to Amazon and other sites are provided for convenience. Prices, stock, ratings and terms on those sites are set by them and may change; purchases you make there are between you and that seller.
No warranty and limitation of liability
The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, DixonAppStudio LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from using the site, the calculators or the app.
